You should read these terms and conditions in full because they apply every time you visit NightZout, and is our terms of service that governs our relationship with users and others who interact with NightZout, as well as NightZout brands, products and services, which we call the "NightZout Services" or "Services". By using or accessing the NightZout Services, you agree to this Terms. However, just in case you ever need a reminder of the main points, Here’s a quick our basic Terms:
1. You will not use NightZout Services if you are under 18.
2. We’re not responsible for anything that you post, upload, share or say while you are on NightZout and We do not monitor the content of the app, but if we do see or someone alerts us that you have posted something that we think is prohibited content or inappropriate then we are allowed at our discretion to remove it.
3. If you are concerned about how your data is being used by NightZout then please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use NightZout. By using NightZout, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. You will not use NightZout to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
You agree that you will not post, share or upload prohibited content that:
1. Could reasonably be deemed to be offensive or to harass, abuse or cause psychological distress to another person.
2. Is obscene, pornographic, violent or contains nudity
3. Is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or that promotes or encourages racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry
4. Encourages or facilitates any illegal activity including, without limitation, terrorism, inciting racial hatred or the submission of which in itself constitutes committing a criminal offense
5. Encourages or facilitates any activity that may result in harm to the user or another person, including, but not limited to, promotion of self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, violent extremism
6. Is defamatory, libelous, or untrue
7. Relates to commercial activities (including, without limitation, sales, competitions, promotions, and advertising, solicitation for services, sex work, "sugar daddy" or "sugar baby" relationships, links to other websites or premium line telephone numbers)
8. Involves or facilitates the transmission of spam
9. Contains any spyware, adware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programs or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other equipment.
1. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period;
2. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal;
3. Subscriptions can be managed by the user: auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase;
4. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
5. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Generally, all purchases are final and nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds.
NightZout does not tolerate inappropriate content or behavior on our services.
We are committed to maintaining a positive and respectful community, and we do not tolerate any inappropriate content or misconduct, whether on or off of the services). We encourage you to report any inappropriate member content or misconduct by other users. You can report a user directly through the "Report User" button on a user's profile.
